We review the product count, intended usage, and style before confirming the quote, then agree the shot list before the session.
Do you work on location as well as in studio?
Yes. We offer studio and on-location photography in Hawks Nest, and the location is confirmed during pre-session planning.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery timing depends on the confirmed scope, retouching level, and approval process. Typical small batch work is delivered within seven to fourteen business days.
Do you include raw files?
We do not provide raw or complete camera files by default. Final edited files are delivered through a private gallery after curation and editing.
